At Waikiki Beach, visitors can easily access the stunning Corralejo Bay via a concrete pier, which offers a route to the sea that bypasses the reef. This accessibility benefits wing-foilers, windsurfers, stand-up paddleboarders, and canoeists, allowing them to enter the sea at all tide levels.

Waikiki Beach is a versatile spot, catering to all skill levels. The optimal wind directions are from the north and northwest, though easterly and north-easterly winds are also manageable. During winter and autumn, when significant northwest swells occur, waves form across Corralejo Bay, notably in front of Waikiki, Galera Beach Hotel, the Sunset Lounge, and at the Rocky Point surf spot, also recognized as Punta Elena. Corralejo Bay stands as a magnificent natural wonder, offering a haven for a diverse range of water sports.
