Las Coloradas Beach

  • Beach facilities:
    NATURIST

Next to the port of Morro Jable, south Fuerteventura, Las Coloradas Beach is just 230 metres long and 20 metres wide and is easily reachable by car or on foot. There are not usually many tourists here, and visitors are well-received by locals.

It boasts perfect white sands with the occasional pebbly section, and areas protected from the sun and waves

– although at high tide, you must wade through the water to go back, and continue on through a small stony area that forms something akin to a natural cave.

This is the perfect place for picnics, as there are no facilities nearby due to the wild nature of the beach. However, lovers of good food and good fish will find the Cofradía de Pescadores just a few hundred metres away: a restaurant that will delight event the most discerning palates with its simple, quality produce.

Like many other beaches on Fuerteventura, Las Coloradas Beach is a popular destination among nudists, being secluded and discreet while still open and not too hidden away. Waves are moderate and swimming is usually pleasant – however, there are no lifeguards, so care must be taken in and around the water.
