Pozo Izquierdo or Arenal is a windsurf spot known worldwide thanks to the favorable wave and wind conditions; it is the scene of one of the PWA international circuit, the Windsurfing World Championship.
It is a radical medium-high level spot where the wind blows most of the year, the best time is from May to April, when the Alisios winds blow.
