Five beautiful beaches located alongside each other have earned the title of “Las Grandes Playas” (The Big Beaches) of Corralejo. Characteristics they have in common include brilliant white sand, crystal-clear waters, gorgeous views, peaceful moderate waves and gentle breezes, making them some of the region’s most popular tourist destinations.

The beaches of Los Matos, Larga, El Viejo, El Pozo and El Caserón are wholly contained within the Dunes of Corralejo National Park and span 3.5 kilometres in length. They have a natural appeal and are easy to get to by car or bus.

If you are looking for a beach where you can spend time with your family and enjoy the facilities then your best option is to be near the Ríu Hotel. If, on the other hand, you would prefer somewhere quiet with fewer people, the beaches further away from the hotels are ideal for adults, children, and naturists – although they do not have the same facilities.
